“Secondly, you need to pray for the good Lord to protect America, provide a shield over our country, to prevent us from harm.” — George orWell Bush, Orlando, Florida, December 4th, 2001

Well, all that praying certainly didn’t prevent Boy Blunder And The Plunderers from inflicting plenty of harm. More harm than anyone could imagine. So much harm that I’ve had to re-think the 37th President – you see, I never thought I’d see the day I’d miss Richard Nixon. I simply didn’t think that was possible.

Fortunately, in 47 days it will be January 20th, 2009 – The End Of An Error.

“And we’ll stay there until we rout them out. See, they think they can kind of hide in the countryside there in Afghanistan, and they may be able to hide for a day or two. They may be able to hide for a year. But it doesn’t matter how long. See, that’s what you just have to know.” — George orWell Bush, New Orleans, Louisiana, December 3rd, 2002

“…hide for a year”??!? Yeah, “right.”

GOPers run on the platform “government doesn’t work.” Then they get elected and prove it. This misAdministration has broken everything it’s touched – because they are completely out of touch. Fortunately, in 48 days, they’ll be out the door and January 20th, 2009 will be The End Of An Error.

“And there is distrust in Washington. I am surprised, frankly, at the amount of distrust that exists in this town. And I’m sorry it’s the case, and I’ll work hard to try to elevate it.” — George “Dubya” Bush, interview on National Public Radio, January 29th, 2007

This quote is from the Texas Oil Man (that couldn’t find oil in Texas). Fortunately for Shrub, while he was running oil companies like Arbusto Energy into the ground, he had friends. Well, his daddy had friends. Good friends. Friends that could find oil in Texas, and Saudi Arabia, too. And they took care of Boy Blunder.

Once installed into the Oval Office, Boy Blunder brought some of these friends with him, and made some more. Not many of the new ones have been as dedicated a cheerleader as Norm “Smokescreen” Coleman, R=Lapdog, who has voted with Dubya at around a 90% clip. Coleman had Bush’s back while Bush was running the language and the country into the ground. Norm’s also a big backer of Bush’s Brain, Karl Rove. Disclosing the identity of undercover agents is no problemo in Norm’s world, as long as the leaker is Karl Rove. And that’s exactly how Coleman voted in 2005. Yet Dubya’s acting surprised at the lack of trust for his misAdministration?

There’s a saying for Boy Blunder And The Plunderers that makes a lot o’ sense, and that’s ”stick a fork in ‘em; they’re done.” January 20th, 2009 will be The End Of An Error.
